At the beginning of 2021, a customer from the United States, and his friends cooperation, for the first time contact printing industry, is mainly responsible for work, is a technical support part.

When customers come to us for technical support, our technicians also provide remote guidance to customers day and night, and teach customers how to maintain their machines on a daily basis. After a period of time, the customer's technical knowledge is much better.

Beginning in 2022, customers and friends of the company, with our high capacity of high-quality printers, and professional after-sales technical support, received more and more orders, the workload is becoming larger and larger. In the past year, the customer has also purchased two new outdoor photo printers from us to slow down the production pressure.

In 2023, the customer is determined to their own independent development, try more new technology. When he established his own company, he immediately purchased five new machines from us and began to plan to expand his business from the local city to other states in the United States. Within a year, the customer's industry has been launched in Florida, the East of the United States, the United States and other places, and achieved different excellent results.

In the year 2024, which has just ended, customers have also ushered in more new process shocks in the industry.  When customers come to us for advice, we also give them a forward-thinking solution in terms of procurement cost and machine availability.  Based on many years of good cooperation with each other and our excellent machine quality, customers did not hesitate to order the new 2513 four-head G6 printhead full color maglev flatbed, four-head i3200-U1 printhead UV flatbed and other products.  Our technicians also cooperate with the rhythm of customers to help customers better realize their plans.

In new 2025, customers will also be ready to purchase to us 2-3 UV tablet, many sets of outdoor photo printer, preparing for the Australian market.
